What is a wellness check?
A Wellness Visit is $35, we provide a comprehensive look at your client’s physical and mental well‑being. During each appointment, we assess overall health, check blood pressure, ensure proper access to medications, verify food and water availability, help with meal preparation when needed and review essential home safety guidelines, which include bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom safety—to reduce risks and support independent living.
As part of every Wellness Check 4U, we confirm that heating and air systems are accessible and functioning properly, check for environmental comfort, and make sure clients have easy access to emergency contacts and communication resources. This service is designed to promote safety, stability, and peace of mind for individuals, families, and caregivers throughout the community.

Our clients will often see the same driver each time which helps build relationships of trust and comfort.
Common day-to-day transportation needs; Doctor appointments, pharmacy medication pick-up, grocery pick-up, restaurant meals, dialysis, rehabilitation centers and more.
The company offers 24/7 service, on-call or prearranged. Their fleet of vehicles are able to accommodate all client transportation needs.
